Windows OS

We recommend installing the Boop app on a different drive than your main one (like D drive instead of C). This way, if you bump into any bugs or need a hand, you can easily access the app's logs and share them with us. This will help us diagnose the problem.

  1. Zoom app setup

    1. Open Zoom app

    2. Go to Settings > Keyboard shortcuts

    3. Click on the "Restore Defaults" button

    4. Enable global shortcuts for:

      1. Mute/Unmute my Audio

      2. Start/Stop Video

      3. Start/Stop Screen Sharing

  2. Google Meet: Refer to this article for Google Meet Setup

  3. Microsoft Teams: No settings required

Use without Boop Connect App

You can use your Boop without installing the app as well. This method is useful in case you have a work laptop and your company does not allow installing third-party applications.

Plug in your Boop. The buttons will flash once indicating it is properly connected. Start a meeting to test it out!
